Our desire is to offer every guest as much as possible to help you relax and unwind in these tough economic times. Heaven knows we need that hick up a mountain trail or walk in the woods or window shopping experience right? So here is an idea we think will help. Our Full Breakfasts are so filling that many guests tell us they won't even need lunch but if you feel you do we welcome you into our kitchen to fix your own picnic meal. Bring your lunch goodies and store them in either your cooler or our guest refrigerator. Then eat your evening meal out at one of our many fine affordable local restaurants.
Terms & Conditions
Your Comfort Is Our Commitment- Our rooms accommodate 2 adults and 4 in the Misty Mountain Retreat. Whole house rental is 10-12 people.
- Rates may change at any time and are subject to state and local tax. Rates may change seasonally as well.
- No Minimum stay required however the Innkeepers reserve the option to exchange your one night stay to a different room should that room be rented for a two or more night stay. The Time Traveler( single guest) may be excluded from this offer.
- Smoking is allowed in limited outdoor areas only
- We accept limited pets or children at this time. The Thundering Paws Pet Resort is where we take our pets when we vacation and they love it there.
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the main areas however you may enjoy your beverages in your private room or suite.
- Check-In time is 3 to 9 PM. Check-Out is 11 AM. We must ask that you stay within these times due to our cleaning and food prep work. Please call as you near the Inn and have cell service so we can make sure our gate is open for you .If you wish to drop off your bags prior to 4 PM we can accommodate you with advance notice.

Cancellation Policy
We are a small personalized business and thus you receive individual detailed attention but because we are a small business, cancellations impact us and other guests greatly. All reservations are confirmed with your (Master Card, Visa or check) and will be refunded at 1/2 the total of your reservation when cancellations are received 14 days prior to your reservation date .Gift certificate reservations and No-Shows or early departures will not receive a refund nor will cancellations that are made past the cut off times. Cancellations must be made via email and also phone conversation . See peak season and holiday cancellation policy below. Whole house, special event or extended ( week or more) stays are confirmed with a payment of half the total stay and this deposit will be cashed at the time of your request in order to secure your reservation . Refunds are available for Whole house ,special event and extended stay cancellations when placed 30 days in advance with a 60 % cancellation fee of the total reservation amount being charged back to the guest cancelling. Reservations are taken for guests 22 years of age and above and a form of ID may be asked for. The person making the reservation becomes the responsible party for any additional charges that may occur. Damages ,theft ,cleaning over the ordinary, service that requires a professional for misused spas or Jacuzzi will be considered the guests responsibility . Smoke detected in the house or pet refuse or additional guests not registered will be considered reason for immediate check out with no refund and an additional charge set at the discretion of the Inn Keeper not to exceed 500.00.
These dates are set aside for 3 or more rental nights:
Memorial Day, Spring Break, Labor Day, 4th of July, Aspencade (Motorcycle) Weekend:
Three night minimums are required (except two nights on Aspencade). The reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival, or upon booking if booking date is less than 30 days. Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days, the full payment is forfeited.
Christmas:
Five night minimum is required. There is a $100 booking deposit due at the time of booking. The reservation must be paid in full by November 1, 50% by October 1 and the remaining balance by November 1. If you book after November 1, the full payment is made at the time of booking. Any cancellation received prior to November 1 will forfeit the $100 deposit. Cancellations after November 1, but before December 1, will forfeit 50% of the reservation total. Cancellations after December 1 are non refundable.
