The Main Suite The setting is inspiring! You're right, Bonnie, it is Paradise. Our honeymoon is being spent in a paradise. We appreciated Evergreen Manor! A spectacular beginning to our marriage. Mr.and Mrs. B from Alamogordo, NM This spacious 3 room suite spans the entire West wing of the Manor with easy access for guests via the private deck entrance on ground level. Comforts include a King bed, 2-person 12 jet Jacuzzi, TV and sitting area and en suite bath with double sinks and shower. This is a luxurious suite designed to afford guests a view of the woodlands and an easy ground level entrance close to their vehicle parking area. Normally $179 per night. Designed for 2 guests. Balcony Room We loved our stay here. Wish it could have been longer, but we will be back again. The food was wonderful and so delicious. It was very comfortable and very welcoming. We really loved the Jacuzzi and especially the breakfast! We hope to return someday soon. D&T from Norman, OK Newest feature to this charming dormer room is a double glass patio door that leads directly from the room on to the Observation Deck. Ideal for the single traveler or may sleep 2 in it's bright sunny atmosphere with hardwood floors. Bring your star gazing gear and set up on the observation deck if you wish. Even sleep out under the stars if it is your dream. The attached private bath has an unusual corner toilet, sink and shower. Normally $95 per night. Designed for 2 guests. Master Suite I had a wonderful stay in the Master Suite. Great furnishings! Our room was fabulous and twice as big as my apartment. You will be highly recommended to friends and family. Scenic treetop and mountain vistas to enjoy from both the sitting room and bedroom. Special romantic accents include the Rosewood Mantel and draped window seat (both perfect to snap that forever more picture). You will know luxury in the Lavender and Lace vintage bath with dressing room . The antique fixtures include a single person pedestal soak tub and the dressing room has twin sinks. We cannot accept pets at this time ( have plenty to pet already) but we can recommend excellent Room and Board for your four-footed-fur-child that is very close. Check-Out is noon. Cancellation Policy We really want you to come enjoy the Mountains. We are small and thus you receive individual detailed attention but because we are small cancellations impact us and other guests more so then the larger lodging establishments. We understand you may need to cancel or depart earlier then planned as none of us knows what tomorrow brings so we have a refund plan that we feel is workable for all. Book your reservation by calling 575-336-1231. All reservations are confirmed with your (Master Card, Visa or check) and may be refunded in the form of a refund certificate useable for six months from the date of the original booking. Gift certificate reservations and No-Shows will not receive a refund certificate. Holidays and our peak seasons ( mid May to mid September) are not available for the use of a refund certificate. Whole house,special event or extended ( week or more) stays are confirmed with a payment of half the total stay and this deposit will be retained in the event of a cancellation with no refund certificate possible.
